Working Principle

When the XBF series explosion-proof bin vibrator operates, the internal vibration motor rotates at high speed. The eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor also rotate rapidly, generating centrifugal force, which in turn produces excitation force. This excitation force is transmitted to the bin wall, causing it to undergo periodic high-frequency vibrations. On one hand, this vibration separates the material from the bin wall, eliminating friction between the material and the wall. On the other hand, it subjects the material to alternating speed and acceleration, placing it in an unstable state. This effectively overcomes the internal friction and cohesion of the material, eliminating the relative stability between materials in the bin and allowing the material to discharge smoothly from the bin outlet.
